It dries fast and is easy to apply with a brush, roller, or sprayer. This primer creates a strong bond, making your coatings last longer and perform better. Safe and simple to use, it’s a great first step for any sealing or waterproofing project, indoors or outdoors.

• EASY TO APPLY - Apply using a conventional brush or roller equipment, may also be sprayed using a delivery system and nozzles appropriate for this material. Apply 1-2 coats depending on the surface and apply topcoat within 24 hours when tack free
• ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY - Liquid Rubber Multi-Purpose Primer is water-based and non-toxic, containing no solvents and low VOC's. Safe for humans and pets alike
• USE ON - Our Multi-Purpose Primer is freeze/thaw stable as well as fast drying
• The recommended coating thickness is between 4-5 mils DFT (.01 mm). For best results, the Multi-Purpose Primer should be applied to a dry surface that is free of dirt, debris, oil, silicone, and grease. Do not apply if rain is forecast within 24 hours.
• Curing time will vary depending on the temperature and relative humidity. Typically, Multi Purpose Primer will be dry to the touch and ready for top coating within 1-2 hours at 20 degrees Celsius (68 F)
