The stirrup straps and stabilizing criss-cross straps help provide tape-like support during competition. Non-stretch criss-cross straps imitate the effects of taping. Secured stirrup straps provide support and are easy to apply.<br><br>Application / Instructions<br>1. Wear brace over sock.<br>2. Pull brace firmly on to foot.<br>3. Lace to top and then retighten for a tight, comfortable fit.<br>4. Pull stirrup straps straight up and secure.<br>5. Wrap inside strap in front of ankle and secure on opposite side of ankle.<br>6.
